Für sinnvolles Social-Media-Management ist es wichtig, regelmäßig die eigenen Ziele zu überprüfen. Erreiche ich das, was ich erreichen wollte? Setze ich meine Energie und meine Ressourcen an der richtigen Stelle ein? Was kann ich verbessern? Wo will ich im neuen Jahr hin? Was kann ich weglassen, weil es nicht auf mein Ziel einzahlt? Was möchte ich Neues ausprobieren? Wo brauche ich Hilfe?
Das alles sind gute Fragestellungen, die jeder und jedem helfen, sich auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren und mit beschränkten Ressourcen (und wir alle haben nicht unendlich Zeit, Geld und Wissen zur Verfügung) die, für uns, wichtigen Ziele zu erreichen. Dabei soll eine solche Evaluation regelmäßig stattfinden und ich würde verschiedene Stufen empfehlen: monatlich zum Beispiel den Content und die Rückmeldungen evaluieren, alle drei Monate die Statistiken genauer evaluieren und mindestens einmal im Jahr eine strategische Zielplanung vornehmen.
